I fervently hope you meet a borderline psychopath who thinks, as you do, that this is a "game". Only his priorities are diametrically opposed to yours. He WANTS to cause an accident with people like you, where he has a great chance of getting off scot-free.

 

Think it's impossible? You're sadly mistaken. Just imagine someone like this who gets so pissed-off with your recalcitrant road-hogging that he gets himself in front of you for a while and lets you pace him at the speed limit. He bides his time and waits till you're both clear of other traffic (including that in adjacent lanes, so there's no frame of reference to judge speed by). Then he flips a little bypass switch that he's specially installed for morons like you (and something that he can easily unplug and pocket should he need to), that cuts off his brake lights. Then he jams his brake.

 

I GUARANTEE you that you won't be able to brake in time, even if you're at the limit. And, even if you have a witness or ten in-car cams, they'll just show you rear-ending a car that doesn't seem to have slowed-down because the brake lights never came on - and there's no frame of reference since he waited till there were no cars in the adjacent lane. And by the rules of the little "game", you're 100% at fault. The police never bother to look for ABS-skid marks on the road, unless there was a casualty or serious injury, so there's nothing to support the "truth". So you lose the "game".

 

Go on, keep doing this and see if you meet someone smarter, and crazier than you on the road.

 

Or you can just do the sensible thing and give way to people who want to go faster than you in the "fast" lane. Your choice.

regardless of how fast i drive, be it 200kmh or 50kmh, as long as you are the slower vehicle in front of me and refuse to give way, you are road hogging

Look at all the accidents on the eway you see. Most happen when the traffic is heavy and max travelling at around 40-60kmh.

Its the driving retards that are causing more accidents but how can the gov run campaigns like that?

yeah...even 3rd world country like thailand, pple will know how to stand at one side on the esculator, so that pple who are in hurry can walk faster.

 

however, authorities in singapore recommend us to stand in the middle of esculator, after some accidents where the shoe got stuck in the esculator.

 

I can't understand why some drivers just don't want to keep left when they are driving slowly....if everyone keep left unless overtaking and keep up the pace of the car in front, we will not have so much jam in singapore

Today meet one Hogger on the road. I have no problem with him hogging. But the problem is every now and then he brake with at least 5 car length of space infont of him and the car in font is not even braking. High beem him a few time as he is constantly doing this sort of things and keeping with the car on the side at the same speed. decided to overtake from the right. While overtaking him, he horn at me. Haiz...
