for example, my boss know my back a bit pain.

so he rushes off to get something to TRY and make it feel better.

perhaps his gesture may be just out of concern.

 

i naturally will feel touched.

because he is my boss and he has no obligations to do that.

 

 

to me the word "touched" is like:
