Camry 2.0L already good enough....

eitherways, both 2.0L and 2.4L engine still make some noise while accelerating....

but it's Lexus-like refined when cruising....

the Camry Hybrid 2.4L is coming end of this month/ early July....

looking forward to it!!!

That'll surely boost the Camry's sales over the i45....

though i still prefer the design of the i45 compared to the Camry though....

Camry 2.0 good enuf for what? it is quite sloooooowwwwww

Hyundai i45 $95,999 - OMV $19,400

The 2000cc i45 weighs 1980kg, a little too heavy for a 2l. It may be underpowered.

Specs

Mark up of 22%

Chevrolet Epica $85,999 - OMV $20,500

Weighs a more reasonable 1500kg

Specs

Mark up of only 5%

I think the Epica is an underated car which costs $10,000 less and is an excellent alternative to the i45.

Epica comes with 6 speed auto, similar to i45.

What are your thoughts?

It cannot be 1980kg lah...go read again...

I also read 1980kg for i45, and Epica weight 1500kg, that is why i decided to buy epica as this is a underrated car.

Turbocharged

you're not gonna go fast in such cars right??? [laugh]

Hee...but perhaps if you do a jack neo you can come fast?

But seriously....the 2.0s are sloooowwww......which I think is dangerous because they can hardly move.

a lot of ppl didn't realise that a good pick up (if under a good driver that can control it well) can actually be safer than a slow PU car.

But is the epica (2l in line 6) still selling at $85,999?

I was told that i45 is selling at about $98k after all discounts given.
