Actually sometimes this sort of picture can be deceiving cos you dunno how much the front seats have been pushed forward / backward. Secondly, the thickness of the seats (usually thickly padded much more comfy) or the lack of padding as seen in many smallish MPV can also affect percieved interior space.

the fact that you drive Camry,

i'm guessing you're not those chiongster right??? those drivers who drive fast on our roads???

the i45 suits you really well i must say....

For Camry's standard, I can't tahan the engine noise. My previous sushi Camry is excellent, but this Tomyam suck.

I don't know am I considered a choingstar or not, at times, I tend to drive 10-15 kn/h above the limit, especially at highway. But I know I am the luxury type [rolleyes]

you comparing Latio to Camry/i45 is like comparing corolla to Camry as well.

Even Maxima has the same rear leg room with i45 which means it has less leg room than the Latio. Then, what was your point when you compared i45 to Latio regard to the rear leg room?

hello newbie....

i wasn't the one who started comparing the Latio and the i45 lah....

read more carefully please....

well, i agree with you....

i've testdriven the 2.0 Camry before....though the drive was smooth, the engine was clearly audible during move off...especially from 1st to 2nd gear.....

and having sat in the JDM Camry 2.4L, the engine was audible at all engine revs and gear change....was quite disappointed at the lack of refinement of the Camry....

rear seats space wasn't spacious as well, as i tend to stretch out in the front seats, meaning i gotta slide the front seats rather far back (not all the way though, i'm not that tall)....

rear seats then will have rather limited rear legroom....1.8m people will definitely have their knees touching the front seatbacks man....

people who buy the Camry are ardent followers of the Camry name, and not the car itself, although it's still the best 2.0L/ 2.4L luxury car to cruise around (though not as good as the prior model)....

Yup! That is my mistake, I thought since it is from Toyota, quality shouldn't be that bad, so didn't pay much attention during test drive.

For next ride, I will probably consider i45 or Teena.

i45 is really a good buy lah....however, must push KMC to bring in the car with more features, like auto headlight and wipers....

or simply wait for the new Kia Magentis K5 to come???

i'm sure C&C will package the car in a more all-rounded and more appealing way compared to KMC on their packaging on the i45....

for now, it's a no that the i45 would be used as a taxi....

however, when the Sonata Taxi nears it's COE expiry date, i cannot guarantee that by then, Comfort would order the i45 as a taxi....

Taxi COE only lasts 7 or 8yrs i think...

the current Sonata is in it's 4th/ 5th year on the roads already i think....

you do your maths!!!

oh,

am just curious too, since the European market will get a different Sonata model replacement,

is it possible that PI ship this edition of the car over to singapore???

i suppose they'll be doing so if the i45 has it's market share in our local market....
