Visit Pulau Semakau

Has anyone been to Pulau Semakau? I read that entry is restricted to certain special interest groups and organized tours. Those of you who has been there, please leave down your comments.

Went a few times as part of a survey group some time around this time last year. If I recall correctly, members of the public can visit by signing up for birdwatching activities with the Nature Society or fishing with a Sports Fishing Association.

 

Quite an unusual place, well at least a good example of a "green" landfill. People who are not into fishing or nature may find it boring, though.

Been there twice to visit the plant as part of sustainability tour. Understand they do have ferries from pasir pangjang jetty. Check with NEA?
