Reparing/Restitching of LV wallet

Some stitching on the wallet are loosen and need restitching. Anyone here know where to repair or restitch LV wallet, beside the LV boutique?

Is the stitching very special? if not, then any seamstress would be able to do it. heck, even u can do it too.

 

Or else just use some superglue and glue whatever part that is broken?

 

No matter how expensive /branded, usually u r just paying for the good quality leather, design and brand name. My $80 Pierre Cardin wallet has the same stitching as the $30 Goldlion wallet i last threw away. I bet it's the same for your $1000 LV wallet.

 

Just glue it back, no one can tell the difference!

once u do it outside of LV boutique, pls be prepared to void future "repairs", esp if outside shops take initiative to do extra things to ur wallet

I heard from others, i need to pay for wear and tear. I will go to LV boutique and check it out.

Yes, you have to pay for repairs, especial for wear & tear...

mjust pay for repair...think it is abt 50 to 150 for wallet...should check with LV SE.

Last 3 years back i check was about 60 bucks but gonna wait 2-3 months ....
