Drive to Genting Highlands 6th-8th March 2010

I am driving up to Genting Highlands this March on the 6th.

Those who like to self drive are invited to join me for the adventure drive

 

Departure : 6th March @0430hrs via Woodlands Checkpoint

ETA : 1000hrs @ Genting Hotel

Depart GH: 8th March after late breakfast,

Reach Galang Patah for Dinner (6pm) at Tian Lai Restuarant b4 heading back to Sg via Tuas

Hotel : Own reservation

Toll: est RM$120

Patrol: 2 tank full (50litres x2) about RM$180

Wow...leaving at 0430, that's very early. Also, going up Genting in the morning will have alot of Fog. Pls be careful...

my last trip also left at same time, reach Genting Hotel 10am

you might want to check with the hotel reservation.

was traveling on NSH from KL last Sunday (8th Feb) and saw several manned Police Tents

with police cars on standby at Seremban, Malacca and Johore, south bound

Those traveling this CNY, max speed limit is 100km/h during this period.

those tentage is just wayang..learn from Spore TP.. put up the tentages everyone slow downs....

 

well used to ride up to Genting.. but now drive up different feeling..

 

more slower on car than bike.... muahahaha and more expensive becoz of the toll...

 

drive all the way till bukit tinggi..

driving to genting is such a joy and fun.

 

we took 4 hrs to reach KL at speed of 140km with my 1.1,

even de-tour over to batu cave to explore different race culture.

 

definitely not the last time i be driving up again
