Does one need to buy the fire insurance even if we have fully paid for the flat?

Optional. But the amount is very small for a five year period that I also paid for it though no need.

it's very cheap compared to car insurance lor...

 

mortagee insurance and fire must buy... just in case... for most ppl it's their biggest investment in their life... why should you save that little big of money and risk everything??
