Adrian Pang leaving Mediacorp

How you guys think of his acting skills?

 

His last day would be on 31 March and its no april fool joke.

 

Currently he can be seen in The Pupil on Ch5 and New City Beat on Ch8.

 

I like his slap-stick humour in the show in Nanny Daddy...

He didn't leave an impression on me during his time with mediacorpse.

Long time ago but my favourite was Mo Alkaf.

 

What happened to him?

 

Gurmit was supposed to be one but his only real success iis PCK which is just the only thing about him. He is just so out of place and redundant in the new City Beat as co-hosted by Bryan, Kym and Adrian and can't see him doing any other roles well..

 

For Adrian, he does serious roles and comedy roles rather competently and feel he is a lot more versatile than quite a lot of the other mediacorp artistes

I think Adrian is good. Very versatile actor.

 

He holds his role quite well in the few series I watched. The current legal show --> he is so obnoxious that I feel like whacking him! :)

haha...ya adrian quite ok la. not much ch5 actors around either. Always need to get FTs (lydia sum, that duno what name in Yang Sisters etc).

 

I remember he started in a sort of entertainment cum game show sort of thing. Cant remember the name though.

 

His "Saturday Night Fever" mimick of John Travolta also quite hilarious.

Adrian Pang is one of the few good Mediacorp's actor.....really have substance and versatile. He was doing quite well in theatres, in London.

 

The other good mediacorp actor is Xie Shao Guang...what happened to him? I remembered him as the actor who is really trained in acting. Think it was schooled in a very famous london theatre/drama school.
