Where to get this kind of windows?

hi guys,

 

anyone happen to know where to get this kind of windows grilles?

 

Most contractors i asked have no idea what it is until i show them pictures, of which they also have to check with their suppliers.

Why would this design be good? It's splits a normal window into a top half and lower half.. not very common..

Bottom half can be 'frosted' for privacy mah.. top half can open for ventilation..

Bro are u talking about the " Grilles " or the " Window " , a fact is that there is nothing special about either one cos this is the preference of the owner only . ( Btw i think all the windows and grilles are being installed by HDB during upgrading projects ) Email me if u wanna get more info .

Seems like top and bottom also sliding type. Pretty unusual. Normally, either bottom is fixed, the top slides.

 

Why not go for top encasement type and bottom slide? Think unusual things equates to customization = more $$$ involved.

I am also in search of solutions to keep the prying eyes of my nosy-poker neighbour out... One solution is to use curtains/blinds instead as it's much cheaper cos I don't see why I should spend so much just to keep one pair of eyes out...
