yesterday i went to toa payoh lor 8, mellbrn seafood. big with roe, let them know when ordering. go early to aviod crowd. enjoy!!

Any seafood restaurant, just need to tell the captain you want crab with roe.

any decent sea food restaurant (jumbo, no signboard, red house) or crab shop (like melben, joo chiat, etc) will have. You just need to eat the bu crab and not the kang crab. the one with the round bottom.

 

if you eat the kang one, there is still the orangee stuff, but you will be eating crab sperm.

but truthfully, it has a more edgy oceanic flavour....

The dark yellow mustard like stuff in the kang are actually the digestive system, like the liver.
