wonder if there is any market value in these toys a few years down the road?

Think last Sat papers (ST) already has reported this issue.

 

Considering that we are a multi-racial society, it's not exactly wrong for them to remove the pig as a respect to the Malays.

it's just those ignorant ones that are making all the noise.

 

It's just a toy...it's not a real pig. What's the prob with it? Ridiculous.

 

Their own religious knowledge is limited and flawed....those really religious Muslim friends that I have do not behave like that....one of them even commented my dogs are cute, standing at a distance of course lol

Yes..i agree. Shouldn't have come out with this thing at all.

 

Although I believe most Malays wouldn't care a bit, but it is an act of respect to a multi-racial society.

 

Actually in Singapore it is already very "liberal". I still remember there was an TV ad called "Air Pork" and they allow it to screen. In Msia, such ad would have been banned.
