Acherlee quite true.....winding down leaves no goals to achieve and I am just set to cruise control mode.....but guess, that's life...need to slow down already

Why does 99% of the people here start to talk about money once happiness and enjoying life is brought up?

 

Maybe because we are living in Sg, no matter what we do, where we go, we will need money for every and anything...

 

For people to be happy and enjoying life, I think we must be worry free, no need to worry about the nxt 3 meals, no need to worry about housing loan, car loan, no need to worry about lossing ones job, etc. Without all these worries one can be really set to enjoy their life and be happy.

This is my 2 cent thought, other might disagree. [laugh]

At the top, when you finally reach there...you realise, there is nothing waiting for you. No pot of gold, no rainbow, nothing but emptiness. If you race your way up foregoing everything thinking that your destination marks the beginning of the life you always wanted, you are likely to be disappointed.

 

Life can be quite ironic at times...

 

I am starting to think that the process is more important than the ends. :)

Well said bro. The friends you make on the journey are priceless and they will be with you to the end. One thing I must say, is yes, it is lonely at the top and not a very good feeling [:p]

Enjoying life : full of debts....
