Turbocharged

If I'm not mistaken, its with the Airport Emergency Service, AES. Need to respond to aircraft emergency anywhere within the aerodrome.

Anyway... it's been reported, when gahmen buys vehicles, it's thru tender. So they get really, really, really priced vehicles. That's why one time they got series on BMW for Highway TP, then became Subaru, etc.. it's all due to best price.

The sign at the side seems to belong to "Changi Airport Group".

They corporatised in July 09 so not considered civil servants although they purchased it when they are still a stat board.

think this is the reason why they dont want honda. cause need Vtec to kick in before they can chase ppl down. because VTEC Need high Rev.

the green logo at the back means that tis vehicle can be used in airport runway premises and the roads besides the runways... so tis vehicle most prob is used in airport...

sometimes they need it? The space and the power required to attend an emergency at the end of the runway? or maybe you would prefer them get the geevolution as an emergency car. Im sure with its ugly bodykit and "killer" looks, it is more suited to carry equipment and personnel quickly to emergencies.

Overkill????

I think they are being humble...

If there is an emergency on the runway, a murano will still be too slow to reach the destinatipn.

Should have bought reventon so that they can arrive faster to accident site.

If they need to ferry VIP around, reventon will definitely reinforce the no. 1 airport in the world image... imagine they have one of the few offered to asia.... [laugh]
