HI. i have hyundai accent 1.6L Manual.

if i drive my car on 5th gear, it take 3200 RPM on 120 KM/h but before it was 3000 RPM on 120KM/h. since then i am facing problem for heating up the engine. if i reduce the gear from 5th to 4th, the RPM comes down to 3000RPM and speed 100KM/h. on this speed, the heating needle comes back to normal. i did maintenance of radiator but still i am facing this issue

Radiator is the victim, not likely to be the cause of the problem.

Your speed slow down when you switch from 5th to 4th gear does not tell anything abnormal.

Your problem seems to be a clutch slipping problem due to worn clutch lining . You can validate by driving slowly at 4th gear, next you step on the accelerator hard, if your rmp surge rapidly without much gain in acceleration, then confirm you have a slipping clutch. Just go have a clutch lining repalced. Meantime you can try to adjust your clutch cable to increase the gap of the clutch pressure plate. You should see a clutch adjustment hand nut along the clutch cable when you open up your bonet. Drive to any mechanic if you need help, they can do for you in a minute and likely to be free.
