The only curry fish head restaurant in that area, I think. As mentioned opposite ten mile junction plaza (Located besides a new white building/residence). I jus follow the crowd never found out the name

curry garden at turf city makes the best curry fish head of the lot imho for indian style fish head curry (fish is fresh) and at $18 much cheaper than muthu's

 

to add on free parking and no msg and coconut in the fish head curry.

 

The lime juice (slurpee style) is damn shiok to close the palatte.

 

caution though they sell out quite fast.

the briyani stall at northpoint food ct also has their own aircon restaurant at sembawang rd opp khatib camp called shami, can get fish head curry there, more choices

so far taste the same jus tat the briyani portion more 4 the foodcourt hehehhehe but the masala tea n naans at the restaurant is damn good
