no it's not obvious.

 

it's more obvious that he shall slow down when approaching and stop whenever necessary.

 

there are many children riding bicycles dashing through zebra crossing too. i almost knocked down one 10 years ago. yes i remember that very clearly as if it happened yesterday.

 

then the parents of these children ought to be slapped in the face.

 

i teach my son to be careful on the road even though he has the right of way on zebra crossing...

But he see nobody and almost half his car crossed the junction when the cyclist chiong out of nowhere mah...they also called him and want him to compensate $10K for it!!!

i encounter one mat yoyo, crossing the road slowly during red man, hands swinging 360deg.

i had no choice but to come to a stop and gave him a horn.

 

he not happy, stand right in front of my car and stare at me, like cowboy show, daring me to make the next move.

 

i did, i rev and launched the car forward towards him (i know i can stop my car in time if he really dont siam ) .

stupid boy got good reflex and made a back-jump like bruce lee

 

saw in rear mirror still standing there and doing all kinds of funny signs at me, while the next car proceed to horn him

someone tell him next time dont act hero if no balls !

but if i am a policeman or judge, i will say it's his fault, unless there is cam clip or witness testify it's the cyclist hit him not otherwise.

Jaywalkers are getting daring or should i say more stupid nowsadays.

 

Some really bo chap until i slow down my car and tap on the brakes and still miss him/her by mere 1-2 seconds.

 

All these while, they dont even look out for traffic at all!!!!! Not even a glance on on-coming traffic. OMG!!!

 

Somethimes, when im in a bad mood. I'll wait till my car just pass them @ the side, i'll give them a good sudden honk!!!!!!! Always make them JUMP! haha. They deserve it man!!!!!

wonder if police will take action against these jaywalkers if there is enough evidence ie. video, photos, showing them doing the act?

anyone tried before and care to give feedback?

 

police not only DO NOT take action against these jaywalkers...... they even ignored them just to fine drivers !!!
