i have a friend who owns an AE86... he is DRIVING a trueno... and 3 complete cars... 1 levin and 2 trueno.... to use as PARTS....

Like me... I have a car... and i have another car to use as parts.... but so many parts taken out from the other car... not much of a car left... lol...

what keep spare cars just for spare parts? you and your friend must be rich to do that!

What does "Almost Sold!" mean? Either it is sold or not sold.

It's up to you then.~

At a rate of 500km per week, one only need to take up 16 days to reach 8000km.

If it is 8000km, congrats! the car have not completed the run-in mode.~ =P

Apologies, but I do not quite comprehend your mathematics! [dizzy]

Same meaning as if you ...

1. Almost strike 4D/Toto,

2. Almost kenna accident,

3. Almost got hired for a job, ... etc.

'Almost' in such instances, mean 'Not'!

[rolleyes]

but hor owner say : " Extremely Low Mileage, Seldom Driven " [:/]

What does "Fully Rebuilt AE86" mean to you ? If my car only 8kkm means my 1st 10kkm service still not yet.

Engine must be totally brand new man after 26 yrs so why need to rebuilt ?

TCLSS man !

I think Meter gone 2 rounds = 208k km already...

But since Fully Rebuilt - go see with your mechanic fren if you are still interested...

do you believe for a 26 years old car with only 8,000km mileage?~

i reckon either there is a change of meters or the whole damn thing completed one whole cycle and now is at 8,000km mark.~ =P

The ad says rebuilt. Thus engine should have been rebuild as well. Hence it has travelled 8K since its previous overhaul.

technically 8000km mileage shld not just refers to the car engine. So what if it is rebuild, overhaul or even new. There are many parts in the car that may be still age old. From transmission to fuel system to suspension and undercarriage, the body itself etc.
