Ticklish8 3rd Gear December 16, 2009 Share December 16, 2009 Go and park near the food court... $4 per day.....
Ticklish8 3rd Gear December 16, 2009 Share December 16, 2009 The food court is at Seah Im Street car park...... Usually by 8am, it is almost full. Regular who go to Batam will usually park there, just put in $4. Quite safe, park there few times as go to Batam for massage every 2 month. The car park is quite safe. Alternatively u can park at the PSA building
Babyt 4th Gear December 16, 2009 Share December 16, 2009 if i were u, i rather take public transport. why park overnight? i noe there r ppl who only drive but dont take public transport but for this kind of 1 off occasion, just take public easier...u feel safer also rather than wondering if anyone buang my car, tree falls on my car etc... Sensei_erictan Neutral Newbie December 16, 2009 Share December 16, 2009 the last time i parked there for 3 days... My car looked liked it went through a storm! with twigs, stains all over!
Berncsp76 6th Gear December 16, 2009 Share December 16, 2009 ya the carpark not that safe actually, my ex-colleague car rear window was smashed while he was in Batam for company seminar. Luckily only the cashcard was stolen.

Karoon Turbocharged December 16, 2009 Share December 16, 2009 if going and coming back at off-peak hours, take public. if peak ours, better drive and park at hawker ctr. but give yourself 1/2 hr to go round and round look for lot
Ultramega 1st Gear December 16, 2009 Share December 16, 2009 hi, going to batam for a 2D/1N free&easy. any suggestion where to park overnight ? sat 8am to sun 6pm. if park at harbourfront centre, it costs about $20+. anyone park at hourbourfront before ? Depends on where you stay? If your cab fare is $10+ one way, paying $20+ for parking makes sense. At most pay a few dollars more which, for convenience, is worth it. It's really difficult to get a taxi in that area.... shopping crowd + working crowd + ferry/cruise crowd + food crowd + others!
Hwaa Neutral Newbie December 17, 2009 Share December 17, 2009 ya as what other suggested, the cheaper option is to park at the open carpark at the hawker centre there. but ts u're asking who parked at harbourfront before is to find out what? the condition or the rate? i believe many parked there before, it's a big and spacious carpark, lots are big, good cp, rates wise u judge urself. or ... just take bus la/mrt. quite convenient
