Night parking in some carparks

hello bros, in some carparks it is written on the board that night parking is 50cents per half an hour from 5pm to 10pm. is it ok to park in these carparks after 10pm? there's nothing stated there that says u cannot park there after 10pm.

 

If it's ok to do so, the rates will still be the same after 10pm right? (which means u can use 2 $1 coupons for 2hrs of parking at night time there?)

what? this carpark is between maxwell road and prince edward road. that's too good to be true because there are other carparks just beside this carpark at Bestway building and singapore conference halls that still charge parking fees at a per entry basis after 10pm. hmm.. so does that mean that after 10pm it makes no sense to park at these carparks that charge parking fees that are near to the one in the picture?

yup city area, it's just beside yess leisure, singapore conference halls and bestway building. but the strange thing is after 10pm singapore conference halls and bestway building carparks (which are just beside this carpark) are still charging per entry fee on your cashcard lolx..

$1 per half hr during day time is confirmed URA car park in non-residential or industrial estates. URA refrains from putting free after 10pm for some reasons...unlike HDB which puts free parking on sun/ph from 7am-10pm.

but last time i called URA to check if parking is free after 10pm at a particular URA car park just to play safe. Yes, they replied it's free after 10pm till the next day 8.30am or 8.29am to be precise.

conference hall, bestway are private carparks, they have no reason to give free parking in terms of commercial sense. If you own a private carpark do you think you will give free parking if there's no benefits?
