For those who are more adventureous, exit at Bukit Gambir.

After that, use J33 towards Sungai Mati.

Once reached Sungai Mati, drive southward & enter M112 toward Lebuh AMJ.

Once enter Lebuh AMJ, drive northward

Is it possible to top up touch n go at the malaysia custom if going by Tuas? Will be going to Malacca next week and card does not have sufficient value for the entry charge.

Any issue with topping up if I intend to go in early, e.g. 6am?

Any one can advice? TIA.

Thanks.

Not gonna comment on your driving. [lipsrsealed]

But how long does this route take compared to usual route.

That video was posted by @Adrianli, he fast forward for our easy viewing.  [laugh]

That was not his actual driving speed.

it's quite straightforward and i didn't even use any GPS. [drivingcar] i just watched the video posted by Adrianli prior to my trip.  :D

Quite true.  That's the best part of this forum - also the reason why I joined MCF  [laugh]  [laugh]

My past road trips to Genting, desaru, Malacca and KL were without GPS too all thanks to the MCF brothers here. [thumbsup]

Top up on left hand lane no problem.

Dunno about 6am though.

But can also top up at next toll is it Lima Kedai?

First timers with no card must be able to get through.

Usually drives at twice that speed. [thumbsup]

No I was referring to his crossing of double white lines etc and maybe??? turning right from a left lane??

I follow GPS - about half  the journey is via the federal routes.  I think is even before Bukit Gambir.

Really enjoy the different scenery.

On the way back,  via the federal routes to Yong Peng via Muar.

Before Bukit Gambir, it is Pagoh.

you can top up at the Malaysian customs by tuas.

You need to keep to the right-most lane. Just before reaching the malaysian immigration counter, look to your right where typically a police suv is parked. There is ONE top-up machine where you can top up or buy new card (sg drivers will usually drop off their vehicle commanders here who will walk across multiple lanes, do the top up while they remain in the queue).

This machine accepts cash.

My understanding top-up only available after 9/10am.
