Saw a lime green KIA forte koupe zipping through AYE this morning, as if it is a big-bang sports car. My advice is, pls slow down and drive carefully. Your specs are not that terrific and if you keep driving this way, very soon you will be "taken on" by the big boys on the road.

 

P/S: Side note, just saw the KIA forte koup advert today - $59,999 .... quite affordable siah ... even lower-priced than the past pseudo-sports car - Tuscani.

$59499 is for 1.6M, Tuscani is 2.0A

 

$70499 is for 2.0A

I think I saw the same car too... don't know if we encountered the same car.

I was beside him this morning and as I signal right wanting to cut into his lane, he step on the gas and I miss the chance to cut in. Just when I was slowly crawling at lane 2... I saw him zipping in and out dangerously.

The car looks cute...and the colour is very striking.

C'mon man, everyone has the right to drive fast on the road sometimes (but dont get caught).

It doesnt mean if its a affordable sporty car than its not fit to drive fast on our roads.

 

So does it mean that only STI, GTR,911 & gti etc are allowed to drive fast?

Ppl drive faster than other cars does not mean they want to challenge other performance car.

it is not about the car, its about the driver. racer wannabees who like to zip around the roads dangerously.

 

i have seen a picanto cutting into a BMW's lane dangerously before as well. the BMW has to brake suddenly to aviod hitting the picanto.

 

all i have to say is, if you wanna die early, go ahead and do it but dun involve other people who value their lives.

Personally find it cute... Compact and the colour is very bright.

Unlike my car... Big and bulky.

I don't really drive fast in Singapore... Unless I really need to or unless I am being provoke at the wrong time.

Other than that I find it dangerous to drive fast... There are over head bridge and road shoulder everywhere. You never know when the speed gun will be pointing at you.

Might be seeing the same limegreen Koup yesterday evening at Jurong. Nice car but saw it in the carpark and I think the driver is indian or malay anyway is a dark skinned male.

Should be the same car, judging by the description of the driving pattern. I was in lane 3. At one point, the lime green koup just cut into lane 1 with about 1.5 carlength space only. The black car behind had to jam brake. Really iddiiot driver man ...
