Unless you're talking about their upper spec models (which have even more features). I'm using the BT2070, and have found that the entire BT20XX series is around the $50 mark. I would definitely recommend the 2070 to anyone. I'm thinking of getting the Jabra Stone for its looks though For noise canceling, you may want to try the JX10 or BT530, and for comfort the BT5020 (I used the previous version of this for 4 years before the battery kicked the bucket and I lost the eargel thingy shortly after). Parrot's good: http://www.parrot.com/uk/products/hands-free-car-kits Ping Liang carries some of these models Advantages 1) don't look like a droid from Star Trek 2) Radio (albeit low powered) not next to brain 3) Turns on and pairs automatically with your phone once you start the car 4) Sets with display allow you to see caller ID and even sync and dial from phonebook without picking up the mobile Disadvantages 1) Pricier 2) Installed into car, not portable Seriously though - DON'T walk around with an activated bluetooth set on your ear, for whatever reason, unless you are actually making a call. Redstorm 1st Gear December 8, 2009 Share December 8, 2009 I have owned a number of BT headsets in the past - Nokia, SE, Samsung, Jabra, Plantronic, etc. Most of them are only so-so except for Jabra and Plantronic. I would rate these two brands as among the best in the market. Am currently using a Plantronic set and it is very good. I get only those with DSP (digital sound processor) that cut off unwanted noise. Plantronic is good as it gives you 2-year warranty. AFAIF, no other brand of BT give you this sort of warranty. Perhaps its because their start-up volume is low, and it defaults to that whenever you turn it on. I usually just increase the volume by 1 or 2 clicks and its all good. Plantronics makes good BT headsets too, but IMHO they don't have nice looking designs. I have been using Sonyericsson BT headset for many years. Very Durable! Battery life very good! Left it on for few days when I was oversea; came back battery still not flat. Considering Jawbone now. But that model has the earloop which I hate cos not comfortable when wearing glasses. Anyone using Jawbone can give FR?
