Mobile broadband: Singtel, Starhub or M1?

Hey guys, I am intending to sign up for a new mobile broadband account to go with my newly purchased laptop bought during Sitex. Which one would you recommend? Will be going for either 1 mbps or 2 mbps. Thank you!

M1 is value for $ but the promo (during SITEX) is over. $11.20 monthly for 1Mbps. If you are lite surfer, this plan is good enough.

Just signed up MioHome for my new house, will be setting up this weekend. For mobile broadband, it's for email and surfing outside. Have read many bad reviews online on Singtel and M1. Hmm..

I signed M1for the imac and HTC tatoo. Let me give my feedback once I start. Currently on Singtel and works well for me

It depends on where ur usual "outside" is.

 

Generally Singtel has a better coverage in mobile broadband as compared to M1.

 

I had been Singtel and am on M1. Never tried sh so cannot comment.

 

1mb is really slow. go for the 2mb one.

 

if u don't want to commit long term, can try the M1 6mth plan.

Okay, then this become complicated. cause if you are with Starhub. You can get their plus version to get a Maxmobile broad band at 1mps for free.

Personally i will go for Singtel only because its easier to handle the payment for 1 service provider than for multi provider. Assuming that their bill come together. for Email and surfing outdoor i will rather use my Iphone though. Personal preference.

Yes, it is going to get complicating. Using a starhub line on my HTC diamond, a m1 line on my nokia E63, and Singtel fixed broadband from this coming weekend.
