Body of child found in a canal

Singapore: The body of a child has been found in a canal along Bendemeer Road.

 

Police say they are unable to confirm if the child is the boy who had earlier been reported missing.

 

Officials also said a man has been arrested.

I somehow felt irritated that barely a month or so, there was another case that whacked the daughter to death becoz of ciggarette. I am not trying to stereotype a certain race but this is very disturbing. Just hoped that the death will get their justice......
