Apple iBook / Safari / Slow webpage loading

Recently, my iBook has been behaving strangely. The web page seems to take ages to load. Tried clearing all the caches and still no help. Tried using other browser like Camilo, but same thing, regardless of timing of the day/night.

 

What's the probable cause - computer fault, browser fault or ISP? Am on SingNet 1Mpbs connection (so far been very good in the past).

I think you get better advice from the mac forum than here, if not HWZ also can.
