Passion 5th Gear November 17, 2009 Share November 17, 2009 Just change when the wiper go up and down and you still cant see what's in front.When raining,take SBS bus and look at their windscreen,they have a very good guide which one should change,which one not.Btw,take a old bus and a new bus and viola,you got the answer.
