A_korusawa 5th Gear November 16, 2009 Author Share November 16, 2009 (edited) What if you asked for a fight and then lose? fight? of cos des a chance that I may lose. but I must make sure no real damage & then I will just lie on the floor & get my wife to call the ambulance. he cannot escape with his car plate....... I will then write a legal letter to him for the medical fees, P&S etc....... the letter dun cost much. but he has to get a lawyer to review his case, either for medical fees/compensation. dun forget, assault case from police...... if he really wanna play, I will go for it cos his initial 'confrontation and intention to harm' has already cost him the price. A_korusawa 5th Gear November 16, 2009 Author Share November 16, 2009 cool bro.u did good by restraining urself from being involved in a fight. If it was me,i would calmly say that it wasnt me who said it and ask him to call police if he wants to complain so much.do no wrong to him, what can the police do to me?some more got the lorry drivers/workers there to witness. actually I did. he just refused to go and began to barge at me before I really challenge him. as I said, ignoring was almost impossible as he was so close to me. sigh...... A_korusawa 5th Gear November 16, 2009 Author Share November 16, 2009 Relax lar bro....... even if he had mistaken you, you raised your hand and punched him. You will be landed in court for throwing the first punch ....... If you had read the post by TS, that idot came close to TC but did not land any punches...... maybe he is trying to let TS punch first and than later he will starts his blows...... Don't forget, there bound to have a CCTV there ...... that's precisely what he was trying to do . . . when I really poked my nose to his with both my hands up in the sky, he din even dare do anything. I was actually waiting for his move for a solid 30 sec till he backed out ultimately. I'm not those who do this kind of gesture but if he really pushes forwards, I will raise my knee to his 'bird bird'....... then I will lie on the floor shouting in pain..... How's that? A_korusawa 5th Gear November 16, 2009 Author Share November 16, 2009 Calling Police is not to settle as it probably classified by "Private matter/Civil case", but only with them around, they will record the particular of both parties, good for follow up....... Waiting time can't help though...but at least both parties will likely to exercise some restrain pending their arrival.... WRONG! the waiting time (if you look from another angle) may actually expedite actions like a fight. if a person whos already wrong, out-of-his mind and really ready for a fight will take this chance! even, this action will even out his chance from wrong to right if the victim retaliate......its true. police will fault both parties if there's a scuffle/fight, regardless who started it as there is no witness. but if the victim is positioned in a way to prove there is intention of harm & confrontation - then he might stand a chance to win as self-defence only, provided that he can prove that he actually tried his best to avoid that unforseen situation. Altivo 3rd Gear November 16, 2009 Share November 16, 2009 bro... there was tonnes of mad people out there. Just last week, i was driving along Sengkang. In front of me was a P plate red Berlingo or Kangroo (i can't remember) and we're both waiting at the traffic lights on the right most lane. Then, the lights turn green and the red berlingo moved off with me following. Just after the passing the yellow box and after the traffic lights, he suddenly stopped. Luckily i was following a distance and so, i could stop in time. Gave him a short tap of my horn and he didn't moved. Gave a second tap and still he didn't move. Thinking something might have happened to the driver or the van, i switched to the next lane and while overtaking him, looked into his cabin to see if everything is okay. He returned my kind concern with wild big gestures and shouts which i can't make out. All i know was that he was furious and so am I. So i stopped my car in front of him, opened the door and asked him wha't the matter? Mad Man: "WTF you horn me?" Me: "Huh? cos you suddenly stopped on the right lane! It's dangerous" Mad Man: "So what? U still should not have horned me" Me: "You stupid or what?" He then cut me off and hamtum me with a barrage of F-words. Crazy fellow!!!! Not wanting to argue with a mad man, i just hopped back into my car but not before calling him a big smelly CB!
A_korusawa 5th Gear November 16, 2009 Author Share November 16, 2009 Bro, I can understand how you feel, but your action (you mentioned) can be very very cruel to yourself. example: what if he pretend he c--t hear you & ask you to near his window (he's still inside his car), and suddenly give you a punch in your face? this means that you actually confronted him and go over to his position with intention to harm. ps - next time, just wait in your car until he come forward. I hope to protect your interest with this advice.....! cheers!

Renegade777 5th Gear January 27, 2010 Share January 27, 2010 You should have sent your wife and maid home and later return to the carpark with a "burong" to wack him. If he runs, chase him. Frighten the wife and the kid with the "burong" until they run too. If cannot catch him, wack the car too to show you can be a madman if you want. Dont bully "kichil". ↡ Advertisement
