from what i heard b4.never complaint if all ur foods are not serve yet.coz they might do something to the food.and if u want to complaint,never step into that place again.my fren use to work in a hotel b4.1 particular buggar brought his clients to the restuarant to eat.1 of the dishes they order is spring roll.he complaint and F#$% the chef [shakehead] about the taste.the manager promised him to give him another new set.u know what,the chef ask some kitchen staffs to step on the skin b4 frying.then it was serve to that customer again.and strangely,the customer never complaint [hur] .Coz my fren was a attachment student during that time and told me all the horror stories behind those kitchens [thumbsdown] .

It's never worthwhile to complain to the management or staff. If they are not happy, they could very well spit on your food or other (keh liao) before serving you.

 

Might be worthwhile to complain in a forum, if you don't mind the restaurant might sue you for what you said.
