Sg2303 2nd Gear November 4, 2009 Share November 4, 2009 Last year i parked at Peninsular plaza and it cost me $12+. Anywhere cheaper to park this year? Anyway, though legs were sore and feels like going to cramp, i was still able to drive. Just take a rest and walk about first until you feel safe driving. Otherwise, just take cab home and come back later to drive car home.

Iisterry 3rd Gear November 4, 2009 Share November 4, 2009 OT abit, but you can check out the floating platform if you're looking for a toilet to wash/shower up. It is usually the least crowded one due to the obscure location. I encountered less than 4 person there in Y2008.

Iisterry 3rd Gear November 5, 2009 Share November 5, 2009 ON the floating platform? No wonder it's the least crowded....XD Thanks alot! I mean the stadium there before you enter to view the floating platform. Toilets was always a pain in the ass to look for after such events. I recalled 1 line of people peeing by the road side in broad day light... in full view of the runners.
Ender Hypersonic November 6, 2009 Share November 6, 2009 From the http://www.singaporemarathon.com/ , there're mention for shuttle service from neighborhood stadium. Does anyone has further where if there's any charges and timing of the pickup from the stadium?

IMHO, starting 30km @ 7am is too late. U should run before sun rise. So that ur body can get used to the changing ambient weather. LSD are meant to improve lactic acid tolerance. Accordingly, u should put more effort for speed work & intervals. By the way, ur question could get better answer in Sgrunner.
