Wanted to rent a house in JB, got lobang?

Hi all,

 

A friend of mine wanted to rent a landed house in JB with the following facilities:

a) Must have guarded entrances. Use of transponder or touch pad to enter/leave the main gate.

b) House's gate must have remote control and alarm.

c) Furnitures and Fittings preferred.

d) Able to park 2 cars.

e) Have leisure park within compound.

f) Shared facilities (swimming pool, gym) preferred but not essential.

g) Have access to Astro.

 

Now the important part, only area from Sutera Mall to Bukit Indah will be considered. He needs the house in November 09.
