Bro, where is EPMC? Looks like in Malaysia has alot of Starlet parts. Thinking of going across the causeway to do my brakes but just wondering how is the workmanship? Where did you get yours done?

This is the website http://www.epmotorclub.com/ it is EP motrclub of Msia.

I did not find any EP82 brake in JB two months ago. U have to go further up. I had mine fitted in Batu Pahat.......

There is one set of EP91 brake in Pasir Gudang.....will update you later.

Heard from Saber that by changing the brake pump, it will increase ur braking force by 50% already.....

Thanks for sharing bro. Please let me know and best is how much. [thumbsup] If I am going across the causeway to upgrade my brake calipers and rotors, I will do it one shot. if not, I will be going to Saber's place to upgrade the brake pump and see what other things he suggest. I think by the time I finish doing up the car, the life span of the car is due already. Hahaha.

Register myself at EPMC already. Very informative forum and seems like most of them are running on *ahem*. Too bad alot of threads are in Malay which I don't understand.

less than a year ago, i went to Taman Austin to search. you have to search one by one. it's not hard though, since most yards are very close to each other. spend an afternoon roaming. surely you'll find a EP82 halfcut. get the brakes from there.

I just went to one of the chop shops in Mt Austin 2 months ago. In one of the scrapyards I saw a EP91 Glanza halfcut, complete with the disc brake set. Don't know if they're willing to sell separate. That particular scrapyard has bloody almost everything.

Thanks bro. Mind to share roughly how much is the damaged? Please PM me if it is too sensitive. Sorry, I am not familiar with Malaysia roads and has not been driving in close to a year already. Mind guiding me how to get there from Woodlands Checkpoint? Thanks.

(edited)

Hi,

Managed to get a set of ES5 stock rotors (262mm) and callipers for free. Wondering if it can fit onto our ride. Thanks.

Thanks. Just to check, do you happen to know what is the size of our standard EP80 rotors? Can I just buy a pair of Paseo rotors and do a direct swop with the original rotors and use back original callipers with better brake pads? Or do I have to get the Paseo callipers as well? Need to upgrade the brakes soon. Thanks.

just curious, why do you need to "upgrade the brakes soon"?

Paseo brake setup is the exact same thing as EP82 kit. you will not be able to fit on a standard EP80 brakes. ask Saber if he knows where to get a GT brake kit... he might have some lobangs.

Oh, my current brake pads are wearing out so might as well take this oppotunity to upgrade the brakes. Stock brakes abit cannot make it leh.

Bro Kyojin,

So in order for me to install the EP82 brakes, I still need to customise the calliper bracket? Thanks. Really new to brake mods. Another reason for upgrading my brakes is that I may upgrade 'other things' in future if got enough funds. Just standby first.
