Maxus-MIFA9 Supersonic October 29, 2009 Share October 29, 2009 Was introduced to this product called "Atom Power - World's Fuel Saving Enzymatic Agent" by Power-Z and its promise the following: a. Increase in engine power b. Increase Mileage c. Excellent Cold Engine Start-off d. Removes Carbon Deposits e. Fuel Injection Cleaning, and f. Reduces Smoke Emission This product is from Korea and its come in a box of 2 bottles. Paid $50/- per box and as claimed, special introduction prices. According to my friend, the first batches were sold out within a month and what I am getting is the second batches which I placed an order 2 weeks ago. Just received them today. Just wondering, any members here had tried this product and does it really give extra power, fuel saving and extra mileage...... Cheers ................ ↡ Advertisement

City100a Neutral Newbie October 29, 2009 Share October 29, 2009 i think these come and go like fashion accessory these "agent" have come in various form over the years if you ask my personal opinion if it is so good why have not the oil company buy over the company sometimes these may harm your car without knowing it I once put in a can of slick into my car engine at service, the agent asked me why my oil filter so clogged up the car was less than 6months old my personal advice is dont waste your money just the regular servicing and tenderloving washing every month should do the trick imagine how many kilometres $50 of petrol can buy you do not know the incremental benefit of the additives is it worth it I guess if it makes one feel good that the car is even better than before than i guess it works

Nemozai Neutral Newbie October 29, 2009 Share October 29, 2009 true true... $ spent on all these addictives (good effects too minimal) would have been spent on other things like more regular oil changes... but seriously many addictives companys have been filed lawsuits against... STP... SLICK50 to name a few... bogus claims... these issues will go on forever with other brands coming up... but actually same bogus companies... unless like in Japan, the goverment will order the bogus company to STOP all sales and remove off the shelves... KVR666 Neutral Newbie October 29, 2009 Share October 29, 2009 I'm using the Power-Z for my diesel van. 15 years old, over 500,000km mileage. Did seem to reduce black smoke by a bit, and fuel consumption went from an average of 10km/l to around 11km/l. Power wise no difference though. Only pour in 1 bottle (50ml) every 3rd tankful. Would agree with the rest that regular oil changes with good quality oil works better than all the additives in the world combined. I only bought this product for the fact that it helps to reduce the diesel smoke. The slight improvement in FC was a nice bonus. But the engine will still run poorly without the regular maintainence. Nemozai Neutral Newbie October 30, 2009 Share October 30, 2009 file lawsuits against STP? are you sure? their products are used by NASCAR. read up bro... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/STP_(motor_oil_company) maybe now STP is not so bogus and the claims on their "oil treatment'" is not so "WAH"... it states protects your engine by providing a thicker cushion between metal parts or somrthing... in short it creates more drag, fuel consumption goes up... :-) anyways its lawsuits are history... STP (good or useless) makes millions as their products are in SOOOOOOO many countries...
