I saw their internal billing invoice amounted to $1.9k!!!

Heng ah.... [laugh]

That is their pricing. Usually ADs are more expensive with their servicings.

Its good service. They don't lose money coz they claim the costs back, and the customers are satisfied [thumbsup]

Neutral Newbie

Cos you had supported them (car agents) by going back on your servicings (big & small). Ultimately, they are still the winner cos they already got a significant profit from the car sale and also the servicing as mentioned. Also, cost of spare parts by agent are not taht expensive as they take in by volume. [rolleyes]

Has it been 3 years already??? I remember when the posts were about your new MX5, and they your new Cayman.... Well now I kinda regret getting the Demio (instead of the Maz2). I didn't realise MM had such good aftersales service. I wonder why nobody talked about it till now

After they change the shorck absorbers for me for free, I start to consider taking up their extend warranty.

By the way, just for your info on how good is their service are. There is once I complaint about something during servicing. But they did not do a good job when I collect my car. Next day i called them, they immediately sent someone to collect my car from my office, get it rectified and sent my car back to me free of charge.

I think it is normal for the bodykit colour to be slightly off due to the diff in material. I guess they just want to prove to you that they have done what they can.
