Ahyoo2002 2nd Gear October 22, 2009 Share October 22, 2009 I got my front shock absorber and lower arm replace when I send my car for sevicing. BTW, anyone know whether they will do a wheel alignment if they change the shock for you?
Yaandao Neutral Newbie October 22, 2009 Share October 22, 2009 Cos you had supported them (car agents) by going back on your servicings (big & small). Ultimately, they are still the winner cos they already got a significant profit from the car sale and also the servicing as mentioned. Also, cost of spare parts by agent are not taht expensive as they take in by volume.

By the way, just for your info on how good is their service are. There is once I complaint about something during servicing. But they did not do a good job when I collect my car. Next day i called them, they immediately sent someone to collect my car from my office, get it rectified and sent my car back to me free of charge. But new kit's color still off... hahahaha.. I think it is normal for the bodykit colour to be slightly off due to the diff in material. I guess they just want to prove to you that they have done what they can. ↡ Advertisement
