Won't the dealer warranty be void if we service outside?

Different makes got different policies.

Yes, they are reliable and both Dad and son are very kind souls indeed!. Haha... :D

Highly recommended and I was glad to come to know of them and had a few years of car servicing with them.

Btw, I was really grateful to them for indirectly helping me to rescue my mischievous hamster today after being trapped inside hidden compartment where the aircon motor is located.

They went the extra mile to bring us to another car workshop which is equipped with the necessary tools to help remove the various internal compartments shielding the aircon.

Thumbs up to their great service and kind gesture.

This one, the business owner calls it "corkage" charge, my personal experience.

I went on the 58 dollars online servicing deal.

The following are the cost of parts from Supplier which I found out after changing.

Brake Pad $85, they charge me 145 for them

Air con filter $18 for 2 pieces, they charge $35.

Bosch 62AH battery $135, they charge $180

And no tyres rotate and balancing, becoz as they keep emphasizing, it is a good deal....

I mean if you do not want to do promotion price deal, then don't offer them Lar...

Not really different from other workshop...

It was a promotion and promotion are meant to get customer who will come to u next time...

I don't really had a bad experience, just not the impression i had when i read the reviews!

I was like okay dont worry bout their pricing...

Prices at Huat Lee were low initially but prices have risen, just like River View.

Their major servicing charges, for example are very close to what agent charges, 15% savings at most.

I also find their China workers not very experienced and boss Nigel and another S'pore staff had to give instructions and guide them.
