Hi bro and sis,

 

Pls advise me on this topic.

 

Currently, just went for 10k servicing. and they stated that 20k servicing will be still free. however, does this have an expiry date if I dont hit 20k .

 

For example expiry date is 1 year from purchase. however, i only did 12k then i missed the free servicing.

I think what he meant was is there a term like 1 year of 20 k milage whichever comes first ? that is by the time one year comes he still could not hit the 20k mileage :>

service interval is 6 months or 10k whichever comes first

The free servicing is 1 year or up to 20,000km, whichever comes first.

Of course BM also want to maintain good customer relationship.

If you clock 20K on the 13th or 14th month, they would also give you free servicing. I had asked BM service advisor this question and above is the reply.

 

But thereafter, it will be chargeable. So for owners who don't clock much mileage per year, you won't get to save on the 20k servicing.
