Near accident @ PIE along Braddel Road - Toa Payoh

Hi All,

I am starting this thread to express my sincere apology to all involved parties for nearly causing an accident along the PIE exit towards Braddel Road. I was driving a white peugeot and was exiting from PIE towards Braddel Road and there was this traffic light, before the main road's traffic light, which i did not notice at all, which was RED at that time, and nearly caused an accident with vehicles traveling from right to left (from my view). If you have friends/relatives that was involved in this near accident, please kindly assist by letting them know that I am sorry. And honking people in this situation was not my way of driving, as I was 100% in the wrong.
