7 Min for 2 player stretch out. infact both player wasted more than 7 min on the ground if you watch the game. Man U 6 Min? there is only a real time loss of 4 min through out the whole game.

And why Pool cannot win?? they mainly played very badly last weekend.

This is a good chance for them, so not surprising to see them all coming out full force. After this coming weekend match..... more will come out. This is normal.

Even w/o tat beach ball, i think result will be the same. Whole team just CMI. Even S league team can beat them. Rafa what is ur say? "we still have chance?" League cup? FA cup?

Still can win........... if they win the remain 30 matches from this weekend onward (no draws or losing allow)...................... [sweatdrop]

Tall Order ................[laugh][laugh]

I just felt that Rafa should go. He is there on borrowed time. Not good for Pool.

Time doesn't wait for people like SG and Torres. They may ultimately move on to places in their pursuit of silverware.

I guess all must face the reality, Liverpool is just not there yet. The coming fixture will most likely be the last nail in their coffin for this year BPL champion.

Rafa

However, Benitez is refusing to accept that Liverpool's pursuit of the title is over.

He said: "This is a bad defeat, but in a normal season, teams at the top would be wining every single game.

"This is a bit different. Chelsea have lost twice and I've seen a lot of teams at the top losing games.

"If we win the next two or three games, we could be top of the table. It's a question of keeping our confidence and working hard. We have to analyse things and see if we are making mistakes," the Spaniard said.

he still havent wake up?

Rafa needs to look at the games ratio of W|D|L in the EPL table. Chelsea may have lost 2 games but they converted many of the "D" games to "W" games in the past seasons. 3 points per game are better than 1 point per game and Chelski has done that more successful than Rafa's Pool.

I pity Rafa.

Critics said that he doesn't give youth a chance. He gave Spearing the chance against Sunderland and now he is crucified, asking why Spearing started the match?

Yes, we have lost the match, down by a freak goal that should not have stood. Credit to Rafa, he did not use that as the excuse. He correctly pointed out that the team as a whole is below par. Is Sunderland a team that we should rightfully put inside our pocket? I don't think so, judging from the fact that they almost snatched a win at OT 2 weeks ago. We need to be at our best to get something out of this game but alas, we just did not step up to be counted. Credit to Sunderland, they played well for being organised and discipline after taking the lead and some of their counter-attacking plays are top draw just that none of them finished off a goal.

Should we concede that we have lost the fight for the title? No. Why should we when there is 29 games left and 7 points adrift from the top team which we will be playing next week? Win that match and we are back in it.

I am surprise by some of the fans' mentality here. 9 games into the season and they are calling for Rafa to be sacked. Okay, if he is gone, who will come? Many are calling for the "Special One" but is he really better than Rafa? I don't think so. Jose might or might not succeed at Chelsea if Roman did not give him a cheque book with signed cheques for him to buy players he wants for the team.

If we treat the 38 games as a match, we are probably down 2-0 now at the 21st min mark. Are we going to lose this match for sure? Rafa believe we can still win and I believe the players too. Now as a fan, we can also affect the outcome. Boo the lads or cheer them on? Its your call.

If Rafa used that beach ball as an excuse for the defeat, he is literally digging his own grave. he knew that. So what it is really not a goal, i dun think FA will overturn that result. I think the main issue os not whether it is a goal or not, the team that come out of the tunnel on Sat is totally CMI. Spearing selection is a total surprise, not that he is no good but did Rafa watch the match bet Sunderland n Man U before the international break? He should know that Sunderland is not easy meat this season. This once again show the lack of depth in Liverpool squad. Like what i said earlier, other temas have players waiting on the bench to perform while Liverpool have players on bench waiting to come on to get experience.

I would like to add...... yes the season is only 9 games old and Liverpool still have 29 matches to go and it is still a long way to go but comon be realistic abit, they have yet face Arsenal, Man City, Man U, Everton and if they continue such lacklustre performance, u think they can get anything out of those matches? Now, They have to win all 29 matches to have any realistic chance of winning the title and that have to come with their title challengers losing a few more matches.

I repeat... Game over.
