Hi Fuelsaver,

No I didn't touch anything.

This is base on my last tank filled. I used Trip A for each tank fill and Trip B as the average from DAY 1 I bought the car - which stands at 10.5km/Litre.

I used to have 11~12km/L when I drive 70% HW and 30% Road... [:(]

1st full tank usin 98ron: 75% hw; 25% city; 515.7km; topped up 37.7l; 13.68km/l; as stil run-in; nvr rev beyond 3.5k rpm / exceed 120kmh.

2nd full tank using 95ron: 65% hw; 35% city (short dist drive); 454km; topped up 36l; 12.6km/l; similar drivin pattern in terms of revvin n spd lim.

3rd full tank usin 95ron: 65% hw; 35% city (short dist drive); 335km; topped up 27.1l; 12.3km/l; more freq rev to 3.5k rpm. ytd jus run-in svc.

4th full tank usin v-pwr: 60%hw; 35%city (short dist drive); 434km; topped up 37l; 11.7km/l; very freq rev to 4k rpm & changed to sports mode 6-spd.

Ur TCed colt really very efficient.

I've similar driving patterns and FC is about the same as yours, difference is i'm driving a mazda 2 1.5L.

Recently changed tyres to the Falken Zirex (same profile as my old tyres) and my FC shot up like crazy.... dunno y. Nowadays I'm averaging 11+km/L nia (usually getting around 13.5km/L, 70% highway) [furious] [furious] [furious]

Really regret getting the falken tyres.

ya, glad dat my ride stil lives up to expectation, despite being 1200kg & having changed to shell helix ultra (famous for causing FC increase).

for ur case, FC suffered probably due to diff tyres wif diff rolling resistance; or did u chk wheel alignment or do high spd balancing? m2 quite renowned for relatively good FC.

hmmm.. den i should use back dunlop in future..

run-in FC better? kekeke.. or shell helix ultra engine oil more friction? maybe F1 needs more protection on engine, since engine is powerful enough to overcome dat lil bit of friction w/o losing power..
