Their dimsum some of them is = the hawker center standard. I'm not fan of push cart, the fried dim sum is already not crisp by the time they arrive. Even peach garden also same. Its more expensive than crystal jade golden palace which is my favourite place at the moment. Every thing feels like its just came out of the kitchen. I give it a poor.. it's buffet style.. food quality is bad.. as for red star, like i mention, it was more of the old style dim sum restaurant that give it the flavour.. beyond that, it's nothing.. last month, i visited Pearl river at suntec.. i find it to be good.. can give it a try.
