Just a month after it wrapped up a two-year-long audit of the industry and recovered tens of millions in unpaid contributions from motor companies, the provident fund is taking a motor trader to court for wrongful deduction. Cycle & Carriage Fulco, a Mitsubishi and Kia dealer, had allegedly deducted the employer's share of CPF payments from its employees' sales commissions.
