The government defines a super typhoon as one with sustained winds of 175-200 kph and the potential to cause heavy damage." - quoted CNA Ondoy laid the mass destruction, Parma looks to pry the wound further. WTF 4th Gear October 2, 2009 Share October 2, 2009 I'll suggest that you cancel your trip if you can. Mother Nature is not something we can predict accurately and even experts paid with their lives! But if you have to go, GOOD LUCK Bro!
KapitanE 1st Gear October 2, 2009 Share October 2, 2009 hmmmmmm.................... will it change direction and come to SG instead..... I want it to blow the haze back to Indon................. that is near impossible, with the tilt and rotation of the earth, typhoon track an westerly/northwesterly course, until landfall or near land where then it will veer to a northerly/northeasterly track before dissipating to join typical weather pattern and develop into a low pressure system, where then it will track a easterly course across to the Ocean...... that is normally..... Evolve Neutral Newbie October 3, 2009 Share October 3, 2009 So far just windy with very light showers. Things still normal although many people took precaution by stocking up and either staying at home or evacuating to higher ground. Traffic is super light. Nothing to worry yet.
