Didnt go to the scrap yard but went to owen road ric tat. 75 dollars for that taillamp cover=/. Maybe tomorrow then search scrap yard.

but must beware..some spareparts shops claim original end up itz from taiwan...after 1 yr...the colour will fade.

 

it happened to my hiace. when i got it in jan 07, the rear tail lights already cracked..so i bought one pair of rear lights. claimed by the spare part shop itz toyota's original.

 

end up after 6 mths, the cover already faded liao...by the end of the year, go inspection fail coz the cover turn light red.

 

end up went to buy the china van tail light...till now still [thumbsup]

Thanks. Think I'll have to try getting from the agent or source for those aftermarket euro lights. Taiwan lamps suck & they fade, while original ones are not worth the high cost. Thanks anyway.

yea..those taiwan lamps really cannot make it...the colour fade until itz transparent...haiz.. original ones i've ask b4. $70 for one side..so a pair is about $140.

 

u might wanna call the china van company see if they got sell their spare parts anot..coz my rear lamps are now the china van one...
