Look at the botton right of this picture, it looks like a garmin user interface, just for your information.

You have 3 options, one is mentioned above.

1) Looks like this one for sale is a Windows CE -based system running Garmin Mobile XT. Most OEM in-car DVD systems are Windows CE based and in most cases could run Garmin Mobile XT with some software hacks. For some, its preinstalled -- likely not licensed, so no official map updates although MFM is free.

2) Alternatively, there is only one brand that partners with Garmin and that is Kenwood AFAIK:

3) Install Garmin GVN 53, but the controls will not be touch screen but from a remote:

There you go.

Isn't it better to get a separate GPS system for your car? When change car can easily bring the portable GPS.. Travel overseas also can bring if need to drive there.. Just my opinion.

for the option 2), I do have experience, the Kenwood's Garmin is extremely lousy. and software is much different from those Garmin Nuvi Series.

kenwood is still the best in this type of thing

kenwood's garmin is a bit out dated: slow response, the latest software is 2009: no junction view, no map update, no postal code search etc. one of my friend always complain about it.
