Altivo 3rd Gear September 18, 2009 Share September 18, 2009 kimchi contents lotsa vitamin B-12 due to the huge amt of garlic in it. Also, the cabbage provides Vitamin C and carotene. I guess the best thing about kimchi is that garlic lowers your cholesterol..... TS, garlic also contains selenium which is said to help keep your skin in chio chio condition.
