Starhub universal remote comtrol

trying to syn using the subject remote with my dvd player and tv set, however when i refer to the User guide that came together with SCV set it said to refer to the remote contol manual. problem now is i only have the user guide but the manual for remote control was not there in the first place.

 

can any brothers here assist?
