Which contl car have better service center?

Hi all,

Take out bmw, merc, volvo and saab, which cont car have better service center.

say from fiat, peugeot, citroen, opel, ford and skoda.

 

any of that list can give you free spare car while your car been repair (engine breakdown, not for accident) ?

You going to buy your ride base on your above mentioned criteria ?

 

better buy cont then jap car at this moment right?

so want find out more, which one give extra value after sale

SM generally has pretty good feedback compared to the big three. you get a personalised service consultant, very short waiting times for servicingetc due to the fact they have many hoists, nice waiting areas, deli france food and taxi vouchers when you drop you car off.

 

jaguar service also is very good.

fiat is definitely OUT of the list for AD services.

 

but i can say if u include in renault, theirs quite gd as well. skoda & peugeot pple at my time they are friendly though. but if u wan outside of AD service centres tat are good, currently i came across renault/citroen/opel have above-AD-standards kind if u get my drift =)

certainly ford. fix everything for u, no payment needed for 5 full years. bumper to bumper. i once had a flat batt. called them, they came to my carpark in 2 hrs time, change to a new batt n left. how good can it be? wat more cud u ask for?

jaguar service is very good. but some of the service consultants are greenhorn. you tell them the fault, somewhere along the line, the fault is not passed onto the technician. but the technicians are really professional.
