I would have thought the URA carpark on top of fort canning is the cheapest.

from wat i knw,there are places where there's single yellow line by the side of the road in fort canning where you can park for free in the evening.

i dont think carparks at fortcanning are free lah. just park there, its still ura's 50cent per half hour.

if i rem correctly, the ura carpark at fort canning is $1/half hr from 8am to 5pm. after tat is free. i dun think u can ever find free parking in CBD zones during weekday daytime. cheapest would be $1 per 30mins in CBD. but most of the ura's car park are free after 5pm in CBD though. but must pay ERP to enter.

You are correct.Except SMU charges students $1 per hour.

 

Fort canning is indeed $1/half hr and free after 5 pm.
