Circuit Clutched August 16, 2009 Share August 16, 2009 (edited) hi all, i got a cheap old set of pivot spark, thus installing. apparently in sg... the pivot agent Mc___ dun know how to install on my ride thus i check any expert on electronics or frm jap side can help? manual on installation can be found here: http://www.pivotracing.com/product/VS-S okie since im not sure which wiring method is recommended, they say normal is switch on when key on... thus i eyeballing on FI method. cos is connected after the key switch. thus using FI method. should be the yellow wire as stated. but .... the pivot say is using the yellow wire... but Mc___ says red... cos when came , the fuse is tapped to the red wire ... so red is all link red and jus wire up i suspect they dun even know wat they doing... only limited cars they know which fuse to tap... but color.. all dun know... hai... sad case i read the pivot using yellow wire, i does the yellow to the fuse to E/G fuse which links to the ignition i tried red.. but works... but correct a not , no ideal any expert ? Has your prob been solved yet? hmm... it seems that red is the main power source (which has the fuse), and yellow is the ignition signal.
